Customer Service Coordinator
£24,000 + Shift Bonus/Overtime & Benefits

CCR is proud to be supporting a leading provider of specialist services. This position requires excellent administrative, communication, customer service, organisational and coordination skills. You will need to provide a professional, helpful and efficient customer service answering all incoming calls, primarily from customers, resolving any queries and completing administrative tasks.

Shift Pattern
Working a rolling 5 on 3 off shift pattern (Monday to Sunday), on a rotation of working hours of 07:00hrs to 15:00hrs 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs and 12:00hrs to 20:00 hrs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to provide a professional, helpful and efficient customer service
  • Have excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Highly organised due to the high demands this role sometimes requires
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to work in a busy environment and be a great team player
    Must be able to drive due to location or travel
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £24,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Respond and take ownership of all calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage queries from customers by phone or email and resolve issues as they arise
  • Provide admin support for the service department, to include ensuring the in-house system and all necessary spreadsheets are kept up to date
  • Any other administrative duties as required
  • Assisting team members where necessary
