Controlsoft, a rapidly growing electronic security business, is currently looking for a Customer Services Coordinator for the administration of customer orders

• Manage order related administration & workflow
• Allocate stock to orders
• Advise Customers of delivery dates
• Liaise with warehouse team on dispatch issues and requests
• Co-ordinate the raising and processing of Return Material Authorisation (RMA’s)
• Manage back orders & communication with Customers
• Raise purchase orders for stock
• Communicate with suppliers for stock deliveries and dates
