Dawson Co-op invites applications for the position of Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Rolla Ag location located in Rolla, British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Working knowledge of agricultural practices, farming, fertilizer, or crop nutrition
· Some post-secondary education in office administration, office technology, etc.
· 2-3 years experience in customer service required
· Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
· Some accounts receivable and accounts payable experience an asset.
· Ability to utilize different office tools and software, including accounting software and Microsoft Office.
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract

Responsibilities

· Come to work with a positive and professional approach and attitude
· Provide outstanding and courteous customer service to Rolla Ag customers and clients
· Support and lead a positive customer experience as the primary contact person for telephone and in-person inquiries, services, and support
· Coordinate scheduling, pick-ups, deliveries, invoicing, and payments across operations, sales, and the administrative team
· Perform daily audits of cash ups and deposits
· Act as the primary liaison between the operations, sales, and administrative team, connecting customers to the appropriate contact when required
· Coordinate and maintain member files, new memberships, payments, billing, pre-sales, and reorders
· Perform data-entry related tasks to track inventory, invoices, work orders, etc.
· Grow and maintain a working knowledge of the services and products provided to customers
· Monthly reconciliations of invoices
· Perform additional office administration duties, such as preparing correspondence and maintaining records and filing systems
· Prepare relevant research, data and financial reports to support administration as required
· Adhere to all Dawson Co-operative Union policies and procedures
· Other duties as assigned
