Description

Delco Elevator Products is seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling inbound calls and orders, and ensuring they receive prompt, accurate service. This role is also a foundation for future growth into Customer Service Management, Inside Sales Support Leadership, or Operations Coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and direct requests to the right team member.
  • Process and acknowledge customer orders; confirm details for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with operations on shipping dates and order status.
  • Maintain customer order documentation and send installation manuals/spec sheets as needed.
  • Handle basic post-sale service inquiries and warranty requests.
  • Assist with cold calling and dormant account outreach to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Provide backup support for quoting/admin tasks during peak workload.
