Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years Customer Service Shipping Experience
Ability to read and write English
Good communication skills
Experience with Transportation of Dangerous Goods
Experience with Quality Systems ISO 9001:2015
Experience using computer software including
Word and Excel.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Minimum college diploma in business field or equivalent experience.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.

The major responsibilities of the position are as follows:

• Prepare paperwork for Domestic and International Shipments, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods Documents, bill of lading, shipping labels, etc.
• Schedule trucks for picking up shipments.
• Monitor freight costs and reduce costs where possible.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaison with customers to ensure all of their needs are met.
• Manage all aspects of the Spray Foam Parts and Equipment.
• Follow all rules and procedures established at Elastochem Specialty Chemicals Inc.
• Attend all training sessions and work in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Other duties as assigned by VP Administration.
