JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
