We are seeking a permanent full-time Customer Service Coordinator fluent in Swedish and Finnish to join our Customer Success team in Espoo, Finland. Experience in lighting technology or export is a plus, and strong customer focus is important. Both recent graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Office Location: Keilaranta 5, 02150 Espoo, Finland As our Customer Service coordinator, you will live our mission and offer our customers professional and high-quality service. Alongside the rest of the international customer service team, you will be responsible for our B2B customers in all the markets globally. You will enter orders, ensure on-time deliveries and create export documents.  What we would like you to bring to the table:  * Fluent Swedish, English and Finnish (written and spoken) * Strong service mind * Good team working skills and independent approach * Interest and willingness to learn technical aspects of our solutions * Ability and willingness to learn new IT systems and proficiency e.g. O365 tools and ERP, AI. * Proactive approach and sense of responsibility * Curiosity and desire to learn and improve  * Previous experience in intelligent lighting solutions, export process and NetSuite are considered as advantage * Previous experience in tech support is considered as an advantage Your responsibilities as our customer service coordinator: * Support the customer’s purchase to invoice cycle with clear communication and documentation. * Cooperation with sales, demand operations, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure seamless customer experience * Maintaining customer master data and booking shipments * Preparing export documents * Preparing and booking trainings * Ensuring on-time shipments   Reporting to: In this role you will be reporting to our Customer Service Manager, Ringa Ristisuo. She is happy to tell you more about the role: +358 50 4317413. Scheduled call times are as follows: April 2nd from 10:00 to 11:00, and April 8th from 15:00 to 16:00.
