Description

Job Summary: Administrative Sales Support for Customer Service Department. Provide general clerical support and order processing.

Job Duties: Minimum job duties include responsibility to handle the following:

  • Handle customer telephone calls, e-mails, faxes, correspondence & routing to correct person/group.
  • Establish and maintain Special Sales files, such as sales samples, literature, etc.
  • Customer and Sales contact activity.
  • Perform order processing.
  • Generate reports.
  • Process customer acknowledgements.
  • Create outbound waybills.
  • Provide tracking information on shipments to customers.
  • Provide customers with PO updates.
  • Perform filing and copying functions.
  • Perform RMA process, providing status to customer and reporting issues to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience: Minimum two (2) years’ office experience using MS Office preferred. Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment desired. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills required. Must be able to input data accurately into computer systems. Bilingual skills helpful.
Education: HS Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. AA degree preferred.
Physical demands: Able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Able to perform repetitive work. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
