Responsibilities
  • Responds to calls from existing customers or distributors to purchase products, resolve account problems, follows up on supply or logistics concerns.
  • Works with sales account representatives or Sales Managers to resolve issues.
  • Consults with Manager on setting margins when margins needed to promote a sale deviate from the guidelines.
  • Ensures reports are maintained as necessary to track the status of inquiries, quotes & bids.
  • Achieves annual targets through consistent customer follow-up and resolution to distributor and/or customer problems.
  • Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required within the scope of the role.
