REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare or technical service environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for all service-related customer communications, delivering a responsive and empathetic experience.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including invoicing, reporting, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate and manage Preventative Maintenance Scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up on outstanding service quotes and liaise with customers to facilitate approvals.
  • Support the management of the equipment loan pool, including tracking and follow-up of outstanding loans.
