As a Customer Service Coordinator in the FMCG industry, based in Leigh, you'll manage the day-to-day processing of customer orders and ensure smooth communication between teams to meet customer needs. This role helps the business run efficiently by keeping everything organised and ensuring clients receive excellent service.

This role is with a company in the FMCG industry, located in Leigh.

Description

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and delivery schedules are met.
Collaborate closely with Supply, Demand, Commercial and Logistics teams
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and proactively.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to manage inventory.
Generate reports to track order progress and identify any potential delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in customer service operations.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:

Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or order processing/management, ideally within the FMCG sector (not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Passionate about delivering a great customer service.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Comfortable using systems and technology, with strong Excel skills and experience of Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial but is not essential.
