Based at Star Farm, Marshfield, this role ensures we deliver a high standard of service to our waste customers, both direct and via brokers. You’ll handle customer enquiries, update internal systems, resolve collection issues, and work closely with drivers and operations to maintain efficient service.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web
• Input and update client and site details in our systems
• Resolve service or collection issues promptly and professionally
• Support drivers and internal teams with real-time updates
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
• Liaise with the Customer Service Manager and wider Operations Team
