Job Description -

. Responsible for providing coordination and other administrative assistance to Sales Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of sales and business development

  • Effectively manage a large number of incoming enquiries on all e-commerce platforms and social media channels, phone calls, and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Process all digital sales orders placed on e-commerce platforms and social media channels
  • Identify and assess customers’ requirements and needs
  • Keep records of all customer interactions
  • Enhance customers’ experience to all social media platforms
  • Communicate with IT, sales and operation departments to fulfill orders
  • Assist on research, implementation and coordination on all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
  • Provide copywriting for all online sales and marketing strategies and ad campaigns
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Upkeep and make visible data to all stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and operational support

Job Requirements -

  • Min ‘O’ level or similar and relevant experience
  • Possess positive customer service orientation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess pleasant personality
  • Proactive, team player and sales-oriented
