Description
Job Description: Managing shipments according to shipment plan provided by: Collaborate with Shipment planners to gather shipment plan Warehouse coordinator to ensure loading of FG are conducted as plan. GOT, ocean freight agents, freight to port and freight forwarder to ensure container available, on time delivery and minimize NQC. Creating sale order in SAP according to agreed customer process. Creating and managing all required documents for shipments. In term of customer management: Be a ‘Single Point Of Contact’ for his/her customers in all details about delivery of FG to customers, including all required documents on time. Work with his/her customers for any shipment issue resolution and continuous improvement activities. To support QuEST projects, this role is responsible to; Contact his/her customers in advance of first shipment to ensure all shipping documents require for importation to their country are prepared and ready to go. Closely monitor first shipment of new products to his/her customers and update the status of first shipment to customers and FAM. Support and/or lead DiB activities to deliver cost saving as target and maximizing container utilization where possible.
