We are currently seeking a Move Coordinator who is a self-starter, a team player, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate proactively and consistently with clients throughout the household goods moving process
  • Take a hands-on approach to managing moves from start to finish
  • Track incoming shipments and provide clear, timely updates
  • Educate clients on import/export customs requirements and the moving process
  • Ensure compliance with all customs requirements for import and export shipments
  • Keep internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Schedule services to and from ports with service partners
  • Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Prepare and print necessary paperwork
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents and creating files
