We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as our Customer Co-Ordinator to deliver a premium customer experience. You will be a confident, forward thinking individual with the ability to lead our Front of House services with confidence and flair. You will be based in our fully-private aesthetic clinic right in the heart of the vibrant City Centre of Leeds.
You can expect some great training and development to support you in doing things ‘The Smmmile Way’. We will also guide you fully so that you understand our mission and great culture so you will have a clear understanding of how we work so you feel fully confident to do your job. Not only that, you will also be working in our ‘unique boutique setting’ state of the art surroundings with the very latest artificial intelligence to enhance the patient journey. Of course it goes without saying that every piece of equipment and soft furnishings, will be brand new, all we need is you to be with us on that start up journey.

Welcome the patient to the store
Building customer relationships quickly
Using our Smmmile Viewer technology to help patient’s achieve their dream smile
Ensuring the patient’s visit is and experience they will remember
Raise awareness to Smmmile Dental Plans
Register patients onto our Dental Plans
Upsell sundry products
Gain google reviews
Answering the telephone
Booking consultations
Scheduling Dengro
Using Systems For Dentists Software
Check patients in for their consultations
Carry out reports for the practice manager to ensure patient care is on track
Take pride in the patient lounges to ensure they are meticulously presented
Work in collaboration with all team members
. Support all social media as required
. Take part in Tik tok reels to promote the practice
. Support local marketing
. Attend local marketing events from time to time
. Put forward ideas and suggestions to help make your practice a great success
. Maintain all health and safety procedures
. Carry out health and safety procedures appropriate to the role
