REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education an asset)
  • Previous experience in customer service, office coordination, or the construction/design industry is a plus
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact between our clients, technicians, and internal teams. Your main focus will be on ensuring a seamless post-sale experience and timely service coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with clients and resolve inquiries or issues via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Navigate and manage builder portals to update purchase orders and service requests
  • Schedule and support technicians and installers to meet tight deadlines
  • Assist with order entry, pricing details, and product purchasing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builder clients and internal departments
