REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail
  • Experience in using platforms such as Shopify, inventory management system would be ideal
  • Attention to details is a must
Responsibilities

All aspect of customer service but not limited to the following:

  • Attend to customer’s enquiries via Phone, email enquiries & live chats
  • Processing online orders
  • Participating and preparation for trade shows
