Customer Service Coordinator
Bedford, MA (Hybrid: Mon/Fri remote, Tues–Thurs onsite)
$23–25/hr | Temporary with potential to convert
About the Role
Our client is seeking 7 Customer Service Coordinators to support a temporary increase in workload as we roll out changes to our customer service process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in medical diagnostics while providing high-quality customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High-performing temporary employees may also be considered for permanent opportunities as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, video, and email.
  • Manage customer orders, inquiries, and escalations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Partner cross-functionally with suppliers, sales, legal/HR, import/export, planning, and international operations to resolve issues.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support departmental goals.

About You

  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, or international operations experience; experience in regulated industries (medical devices, diagnostics, biotech, or manufacturing) strongly preferred.
  • Proven B2B and international customer support background; bilingual in Spanish or French is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required); experience with SAP ERP and CRM/ATS tools preferred.
