We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our UK Aerospace team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK Aerospace objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Aerospace industry.
  • ERP experience: SAP experience is preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Occasional travel within UK to Trelleborg Manufacturing and Customer sites.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for dedicated Aerospace customers enquiries / concerns
  • Investigation of customer complaints or concerns.
  • Receive and respond to customer’s quotation requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Acquire feedback from customer and update appropriate systems.
  • Receive and process customers’ orders / schedules according to Order Review process.
  • Prioritize the workload to satisfy the customer needs and meet the Company targets.
  • Developing a knowledge of company products / part numbering system
  • Ensuring Aerospace guidelines and procedures are adhered to at all times, seeking the Team Leader, Account Managers and Customer Service Manager’s support, if needed.
