REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Based in UAE with a valid own visa (sponsorship not provided at this stage).
Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Be the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, exploring upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Support & Coordination
  • Process orders and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Liaise with logistics and internal teams to streamline operations.
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client communications and sales data.
  • Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and promotional campaign management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile and analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
