Responsibilities
  • Distributing Daily Reports
  • Dealing with day-to-day transport issues from drivers at delivery points to the customer chasing up ETA’s and requesting information.
  • Proactively seek to prevent issues and when issues do arise, find out-the-box solutions to keep our service levels running to the highest possible level
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to queries
  • Supporting with Payroll and HR admin duties for the Soprema contractWorking closely with and supporting the Transport team dedicated to the Soprema contract
