About the Role & Your Impact This is an exciting opportunity to join an early stage company of talented operations generalists, led by seasoned energy veterans. At Zero, we have a lean and targeted operations team - all our roles have substantial scope, and are all cross functional from sales through deployment. This role is an Customer Service Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. As an Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for all primary inbound customer inquires. You will educate customers on the products we offer, incentives in their area, our unique virtual process, and get them booked with one of our advisors.
