    Convert inquiries and channel them to our diagnostic sessions
    Schedule appointments with academic coaches

Guide parents through our transformative programs

Process payments and manage billing
Maintain pristine student records

Ensure all facilities are “classroom-ready”

Coordinate between teachers, students/parents.
Support program execution.

Implement process improvements

  • Customer Experience Specialist

Be the welcoming face for walk-in inquiries
Handle Mandarin/English-speaking parents
