ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while maintaining accurate records and processing customer orders. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. MARINE OPERATIONS SUPPORT * Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner. * Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems. * Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy. * Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests related to products, services, and order status. * Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support departmental operations.
