JOB OVERVIEW

In the Customer Service & Digital Marketing Associate position you are responsible for two distinct functions.
First, you will greet customers as they enter the store making them feel immediately welcomed. Once they are in the store you will provide any assistance that is needed. You will answer knowledge and stock-based questions and provide top quality customer service to each and every customer.
Second, you will help with the development and publishing of marketing materials such as social media posts, reels, and live streams. You may also be responding to customer inquiries via chat, email and our Facebook pages as time allows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work quickly and to keep yourself busy during slower periods
• Ability to work without supervision
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Familiarity with electronic communication including email and Microsoft Teams
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Customer focused
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Previous experience in a customer service position that involved cash handling and payment receipt
• Ability to clean, organize and maintain an eye-catching store

  Pay: From $17.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

• Help customers in store by answering questions and recommending products and or complimentary products to them
• Process payments and provide change with accuracy while maintaining a balanced till
• Maintain stock level for in store vendors that have a storage bin with us
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe working and shopping environment throughout the store front, washroom, and kitchenette areas
• Assist with marketing material creation and distribution
• Service customers electronically through our Facebook page, email and chat platforms
• Other duties as assigned
