Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and customer service support to the Sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with cargo owners and key customers. Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. Prepare consolidated reports and support analysis related to sales, marketing, and customer service activities. Act as a liaison between company policies, internal teams, and customer needs to ensure smooth service delivery. Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field. Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding. Willing to be placed in Dili, Timor-Leste. Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills. Able to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate a strong customer-oriented mindset.
