Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Director to join our team at Madison House!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Geriatrics or Senior Living operations setting preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role
  • Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance across all departments when needed, while learning and helping maintain Koelsch standards.
  • Conduct orientation for new hires when BOM is not available.
  • Oversee / coordinate room “rent readies” with sales, maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Set up rooms for all staff / regional meetings.
  • Manage Kronos / Time Keeping system; clear exceptions, add BPR’s, and help install and set-up Kronos / Time Keeping for employees on their personal device if needed.
  • Serves as a liaison between family and the community for a smooth transition.
  • Serves as manager on duty when scheduled.
  • Connect residents’ laptops, tablets to Community secured Wi-Fi.
  • Place orders, schedule appointments, track deficiencies with service providers like Comcast, etc.
  • Other tasks / projects assigned by RDO/ ED
  • Work with all departments at the direction of the ED to assist with trouble shooting, scheduling, coverage, ETC.
