The ideal candidate will excel in a high call volume environment, supporting our customers, technical teams, and service managers with professionalism and accuracy. Requirements Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency Open and update service requests and tickets Provide timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), dispatching, and customer service Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with AutoTask or other service dispatch management software preferred Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic team player Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite daily Professional appearance and conduct Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm Salary: $17/hr Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work holiday shifts and extra hours as needed
