For the past 7 years, we’ve served the Greater Toronto Area with unmatched expertise, advanced tools, and a big dose of human care. Now we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who knows how to turn a ringing phone into a smile on the other end.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities
• Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients
• Generating leads
• Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
• Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
• Other tasks as assigned.
