Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and timely front-line assistance to donors and supporters, both in-person and via phone/email
• Open, sort, and process incoming mail related to donations and donor communications
• Respond to emails from general organizational accounts and route inquiries appropriately
• Support accurate data entry and donor record maintenance
• Manage the Monthly Donor Program, ensuring timely updates and communications
• Process cash and credit card donations; act as backup for cheque and online donations
• Produce receipts and thank-you letters according to campaign timelines

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Communicates professionally and empathetically with donors and team members
• Is comfortable handling sensitive financial information
• Has experience in administrative support or donor relations (preferred)
• Is dependable, punctual, and committed to excellence
