What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for phone, chat, and showroom inquiries—greeting every customer with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist Buyers, from initial questions to vehicle delivery, ensuring clarity, confidence, and satisfaction at every step.
• Resolve issues fast—own each concern until it’s fully resolved, delighting the customer and protecting Dream Automotive’s reputation.
• Collaborate daily with Sales Consultants, Finance, and Service teams to create a seamless, five‑star experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve—maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on the latest models, trim packages, and incentives.

What You Bring

• 1+ year in customer service, retail, hospitality, or inside sales (automotive experience is a plus).
• Superb communication skills—listening first, then speaking‑with‑purpose.
• Ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• A positive, solutions‑oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
