We are equipment rental company seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our rental equipment and services. While not compulsory, a basic knowledge of tools and equipment would be an asset. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous.

  • Assist customers with order placements, loading and unloading and inquiries about our equipment.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and courteous.
