Conduct calibration/repair on Tektronix, Keithley and Munti Vender installments Manage calibration/repair service task in the application and track the progress Correspond to customer's technical inquiry regarding related to services for services in progress for confirmed order Communicate with customer as service engineer over the phone or by e-mail Support Sales/Customer Service Representative in terms of technical aspects for closing the deals Communicate with outsourcing institutions and manage engineering item, delivery schedule Calculate estimated cost for service of On-Demand calibration/repair Prioritize service job for achieving sales target Conduct Daily Management on service job Visit customer site and conduct calibration/repair on-site task Minimum 1 years' experience of Test & Measurement technical services Adequate knowledge of service engineering application, ERP and office applications such as MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint Fast and accurate capability of MS office applications Be familiar with service management software Communication skill with other employees and customer Ability and willingness to travel domestically over 50% of the time is required Ability to take action for improving current environment with own initiative Make the message swiftly and precisely to correspond to customer's message Basic Electrical and Electric knowledge Basic knowledge of English, reading/writing(Listening/Speaking not required) Programming skill
