Description

Thermoflow is seeking one or more customer service engineers. Activities include providing software training and support to our customers, making sales presentations to potential new customers, and assisting with general liaison between our software developers and our customers. The necessary qualifications are:

  • Extensive experience as a user of Thermoflow’s software products, with demonstrable expertise in their use to construct useful, working models.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of power plant engineering, including fluency in the basic underlying concepts.
  • Degree in a related engineering field, preferably Mechanical or Chemical. An advanced degree and an excellent academic record would both be positive factors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in any language other than English is also a strong plus.
  • A high degree of motivation and ability to project a positive, confident professional image.
