Il profilo si occuperà di: · Gestione del Cliente e Supporto Specializzato: seguire il cliente dalla firma del contratto alla conclusione del servizio, fornendo consulenza su normative ambientali e soluzioni tecniche, garantendo il rispetto delle aspettative e dei tempi stabiliti. · Coordinamento con le Aree Aziendali: collaborare con il laboratorio, i servizi esterni e l’amministrazione per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività, intervenendo tempestivamente nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche operative. · Monitoraggio Normativo e Conformità: assicurarsi che le attività siano sempre conformi alle normative ambientali in vigore, fornendo al cliente aggiornamenti continui su eventuali modifiche legislative rilevanti. · Monitoraggio delle Attività: monitorare l'andamento delle attività e lo stato di avanzamento del servizio. · Comunicazione con il Cliente e Risoluzione delle Problematiche: gestire le richieste del cliente, fornendo risposte tempestive e risolvendo eventuali difficoltà con approccio professionale e orientato alla soluzione. · Gestione della Chiusura del Contratto e Raccolta Feedback: coordinare la fase finale del contratto, verificando il completamento di tutte le attività e raccogliendo il feedback del cliente per ottimizzare i futuri servizi. Requisiti: La candidatura ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: · Laurea in Scienze Ambientali, Ingegneria Ambientale o affini. · Esperienza lavorativa pregressa nell’ambito delle analisi di laboratorio. · Conoscenza delle normative ambientali e delle metodologie analitiche per la gestione dei servizi ambientali. · Preferibile conoscenza della piattaforma WebTrieve. · Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo: · Ottime capacità comunicative, sia scritte che orali. · Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di analisi. · Capacità di lavorare in team e di coordinarsi con diversi dipartimenti aziendali. · Orientamento al risultato, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e nel rispetto delle scadenze. · Buone capacità di problem-solving.
