Al Hamd Legal Translation LLC is a leading translation company with branches all across the UAE. We specialize in legal translation, corporate services, business setup, document attestation, and notary services. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch services to our clients and are now seeking to expand our team with motivated and skilled professionals.
Job Overview:
We are looking to hire 2 to 4 Customer support & Tele-sales with at least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly demeanour. Experience in translation or related services will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deals with operation team across various branches to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage schedules, logistics, administrative tasks and customer follow-up to support different departments.
  • Identifying potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of documents for translation, attestation, and other services.
  • Addressing customer concerns and objections to move the sales process forward.
  • Maintain records and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the translation, legal, corporate services, or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional manner with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
