We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive Assistant. This unique role combines the responsibilities of providing exceptional customer service and supporting executive-level staff in a fast-paced environment. As the Customer Service Executive Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers and provide administrative support to our executives. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
  • Assist executives with managing their schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics to support decision-making and planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, escalate issues as necessary, and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage executive expenses, process invoices, and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
