Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the first point of contact for our trade customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client receives outstanding service. You’ll manage customer queries, update clients on orders and deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a proactive attitude to deliver the service our trade partners expect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main point of contact for trade customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Manage customer orders from confirmation through to delivery
  • Provide regular updates on delivery schedules, lead times, and charges
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
  • Keep customers informed about stock availability and any changes to their order
  • Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
  • Support the sales team by ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable service
