REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant customer service experience.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and work with people across different levels.
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
  • Pleasant disposition & energy to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Committed, reliable & takes pride in work.
  • Able to work on weekends and retail hours according to roster-ed shift.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome Customer as soon as they arrive at the Salon.
  • Direct Customer to the appropriate Consultant/Beautician.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material.
  • Update calendars and schedule Appointments.
  • Handle POS, cashiering duties, manage and keep proper records of daily payments received.
  • Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly.
  • Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly.
  • Telemarketing.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.
