Key Resposibilities:
· The patient relation officer at Bonex Klinik is the first point of contact for patients and families. It plays an important role in how the clinic is perceived by the people who visit it.
· The Front Desk Department is committed to operating consistent high-quality reception and creating unique experiences for the customers of our clinic to fit its vision as a patient-centered institution.
· Provide high-caliber services to all patients by developing a customer care development model that is:
· Consistent
· Highly efficient
· Continuously improving
· Greet and provide a pleasant first encounter to every customer
· Provide consistent, high-quality and timely help and support to all patients
· Continuously improve and develop inter-personal skills among all staff
· Measure and monitor the impact of our services by implementing staff performance evaluation and probing customer satisfaction
· Track impact of services provided and ensure response to patients’ suggestions and requests
· Implement new sets of services to go along the ever-changing needs and requirements of our institution
· Ensure all customers are aware and benefit from these new services
· Answering incoming calls and dealing with inquiries, transferring calls as required, responding and complying to requests for information
· Collects copayments and issues receipts from the patients/families.
· Documents all transactions in the ledger and in the computer system accurately and efficiently.
· Confirm benefits on all patients at the time of registration. Record benefit information in patient account notes.
· Taking insurance approvals as and when required.
· Have in place processes to respond appropriately to complaints
· Ensures that documentation meets current standards and policies.
· Communicates verbally in a clear and concise manner.
· Help in Registration form & Insurance form, fill up
· Check the patient category – Insured Patient, Corporate Patients
· Book appointments over phone as well as through walk ins
· Schedule /Reschedule / cancel and confirms appointments (Doctors consultation, Radiology appointments)

Job qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree of any discipline
  • A minimum Two (2) years of work experience in Healthcare industry.
  • Arabic speaker is an advantage
