Description
Company's representative - Rendering company's financial services into the market / assigned counters. Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners. Building new channel partners for the company. Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing. Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements. First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service. Keeping a tab over pending PDD, follow up with channel / customer to ensure PDD isupdated with financier Hypo. Basic understanding of KYC and other documents for used car loan processing
