• Handle customer enquiries and manage shipment bookings.
• Arrange and monitor space bookings to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate closely with the Import/Export Department for seamless job execution.
• Prepare and distribute pre-alerts to relevant stations before shipment arrivals and departures.
• Check daily shipment arrival and uplift details, keeping customers updated with accurate information .
• Ensure all special customer requests and handling requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with all parties using strong diplomacy and negotiation skills.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.Build and foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
