Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our business and to be part of our highly successful Customer Service Team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customers
- Setting up new product lines and on-going maintenance of the MIS system
- Accurately taking and inputting client orders / production
- Liaising with the production team
- Ad hoc office duties including filing / paperwork
Requirements:
· Proven Customer Service experience, ideally in the print sector but not essential
· Well presented and clearly spoken
· Positive attitude to work
· Friendly telephone manner
· Good attention to detail
· Flexible and hardworking
· IT literate (MS Office)
