Position: Customer Service Executive Location: Ballymount Co. Dublin Contract: Full Time Permanent subject to 6 months' probation Salary: €30,000 per annum, paid monthly We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team at Culligan Water Ireland. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is friendly, informative, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, resolving issues, and promoting our range of water solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Process orders and manage customer accounts. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Encourage sales of additional services and products where appropriate. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in customer service or a related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Desirable: Experience in the water or beverage industry. Familiarity with CRM software. Sales experience or a background in telesales.
