Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
Process orders and returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
Provide product information: Educate customers about our products/services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Handle complaints: Listen to customer complaints with empathy, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department if necessary.
Maintain customer records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating information as needed in the customer database.
Job Requirements:
