QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–5 years of customer service experience in facility management or maintenance services
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance (MEP and HVAC, etc.)
  • Log service requests accurately in the system (CAFMs or CRM platforms)
  • Follow up with technicians and clients to ensure timely completion of work
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the operations or maintenance supervisor
  • Update clients on the status of their requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
  • Monitor open job orders and coordinate closure upon completion
  • Participate in periodic service quality reviews and client feedback analysis
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaint resolution
