REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates candidates or with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service,operation or a related field
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowing about the Domain,Hosting/Server, Website sales is an advantage.
  • Punctual - consistent adherence to schedules, timeliness, and reliability
  • Adherence to established processes, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining consistency and quality in work
  • Proactive contributor - Actively and consistently contributes ideas and suggestions without waiting to be prompted.
  • Capability to work during weekends and public holidays as needed
  • Fluent in English is a must
Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders efficiently
  • Assisting customers’ inquiries via Email and Livechat
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and promote additional products or services
  • Follow up on scheduled orders and email requests
  • Any related additional tasks that are assigned
  • Creating orders processed status report weekly basis
  • Review performance metrics from the previous monthAnalyze customer feedback
  • Analyze customer feedback
  • Evaluate the efficiency of current order processing workflows
