  • Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
  • Training provided for those without/lesser experience

  • To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
  • To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc
  • To handle all bookings for both air and sea
  • To liaise with air and sea carriers
  • To liaise with customers
