· Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat, email, phone, and social media
· Assist customers with order placement, delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and product-related inquiries
· Resolve complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
· Monitor and follow up on pending customer issues until resolved
· Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and product teams to address customer concerns
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and policies
· Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
· Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate to drive sales
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
· Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions or products
· Follow up on customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
· Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
· Upsell or cross-sell services/products where appropriate
· Assist in onboarding new clients and providing initial support
